The project is a new landmark broadcast headquarters and cultural media facility located in Busan's Centum City. The new HQ will contribute, alongside other recently designed progressive works of architecture, to the definition of Centum City as a new cultural destination for Busan. The proposed program is located on a 2,400 pyong site that includes 11,770 SM of new headquarter facilities for KNN Broadcasting, two production studios, one news studio and 28,000 SM of office and office condominium. The design features a destination podium and cultural pavilion that includes KNN Studios, 10,000 SM of retail and a Teddy Bear Museum. Inspired by the streaming nature of broadcast, this project offers a fresh and progressive example of informed media reporting that embodies the virtue and youthful energy of KNN.
